- Cooperate closely with Drylin Product Manager to define actions to extend igus® product development in the defined region, especially in Low Cost Automation (LCA) aspects
- Primary contact to for technical, engineering, design and quality issues.
- Validates pre-sales analysis of functionality of product when required.
- Test alternative techniques and methods; recommends changes in procedures or equipment as necessary.
- Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistently with the company mission, values and financial objectives.
- Travel to project sites to perform start-up, integration, and training services.
- Responsible for the maintenance and up-keep of igus equipment/machines.
- Work closely and collaboratively with other sale personnel and colleague from other departments such as customer service, inside sales and product managers as appropriate to resolve technical issues that arise during order life cycle and to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers.
- As this position develops, the employee maybe assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by the management.

Dimension:

- This role will be a part of the rapidly growing igus team and is responsible in providing support to Bearings group in all technical aspect for mechanical, electrical and programming aspect of igus products and to drive growth in the Low Cost Automation Business Unit.
- It is responsible for providing technical support and ensure project quality and accuracy from conception to completion.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Engineering (Mechatronics) diploma or similar educational back ground
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in automation design
- Established and strong network in the engineering field, machine building or similar industry is of advantage
- Basic knowledge of programming ( C++,C#, Python, Visual Studio.)
- Knowledge in technical drawings 2D and 3D drawing.
- Demonstrated ability to generate technical reports.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, educate, and influence customers/potential customers regarding products.
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a flexible and fast changing environment
- Able to work independently and focused with the objective to position igus® as the key brand in Vietnam.
