Work in an Agile & collaborative environment involving different stakeholders.
- Participate in product development process from ideas, design, development, testing to final product features, releases
- Build testing strategy, test approach implements test cases for both API & Mobile Automation
- Analyze test result from automation and bug management
- Support Customer Success/Helpdesk Team to handle, troubleshoot or debug technical issues that require root cause exploration

**Yêu cầu**:

- Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
- Solid testing experiences (defining test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk-based, exploratory, non-UI testing, etc.)
- Good to have experience in Mobile Application testing.
- Have knowledge of SQL queries
- Strong experience with UNIX/Linux
- 3+ year's experience with one of the programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, Scala)
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the automation frameworks (Selenium/Cucumber, Karate, Gatling, Cypress)
- Hands-on experience with API testing like REST, SOAP, gRPC, Websocket protocols
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD like Jenkins or Teamcity
- Good to have knowledge with performance testing (Gatling, JMeter, K6)
- Methodical and detail-oriented, with solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
