**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 10 - 14 triệu VNĐ)
- **Sáng tạo nội dung multimedia**: Lên ý tưởng, xây dựng và sản xuất nội dung trên các kênh social media, chủ yếu là dạng video
- **Biên kịch & Viết kịch bản**: Viết và phát triển kịch bản video, đảm bảo nội dung có sự nhất quán về câu chuyện, thông điệp và phong cách thương hiệu.
- **Sản xuất video**: Tự quay dựng các video đơn giản. Làm việc với ekip quay phim & video editor để quay dựng các video yêu cầu cao hơn.
- **Lên kế hoạch và định hướng nội dung video**: Cho các kênh social: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube
- **Nghiên cứu xu hướng**: Cập nhật và nghiên cứu các xu hướng nội dung, phong cách quay dựng mới nhất để áp dụng vào công việc, nhằm thu hút đối tượng khán giả mục tiêu.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- ** Kinh nghiệm**: Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sáng tạo nội dung, đặc biệt là biên kịch và sản xuất video.
- **Kỹ năng chuyên môn**:

- Khả năng viết nội dung & tư duy hình ảnh tốt.
- Có hiểu biết các công cụ sản xuất và chỉnh sửa video cơ bản như Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, hoặc các phần mềm tương đương.
- Có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong việc tạo nội dung trên các nền tảng truyền thông xã hội và xu hướng video trực tuyến.
- **Kỹ năng mềm**:

- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt, khả năng giao tiếp và thuyết phục.
- Có kỹ năng viết bài, định hướng, sáng tạo và biết nắm bắt xu hướng, content, bắt trend
- Tinh thần học hỏi, luôn cập nhật những xu hướng mới và sáng tạo trong ngành
