- Record generated revenue from other departments. Check and enter the details into accounting software.

Ghi nhận doanh thu phát sinh từ các bộ phận khác. Kiểm tra và hạch toán chi tiết vào phần mềm kế toán.
- Control cash receivable (VND and foreign currency) - gather accounting documents and transfer to Receivable Accountant.

Kiểm soát các khoản thu bằng tiền mặt (VNĐ và ngoại tệ) - Tập hợp chứng từ thanh toán không qua tiền mặt chuyển cho kế toán các khoản phải thu.
- Record foreign currency receivable, follow the exchange rates and enter differences arising on income account.

Ghi nhận các khoản thu bằng ngoại tệ, theo dỏi về tỉ giá ngoại tệ và hạch toán chênh lệch nếu phát sinh trên tài khoản doanh thu.
- Responsible to follow service charge revenue and staff’s tips (If available)

Chịu trách nhiệm theo dỏi tài khoản doanh thu Phí phục vụ và tiền tips nhân viên (nếu có)
- Record customer’s deposit (by cash), then transfer to Receivable Accountant.

Ghi nhận các khoản đặt cọc của khách hàng (bằng tiền mặt) sau đó chuyển cho kế toán các khoản phải thu.
- Export invoice to record revenue in the system, and implement output VAT report (based on invoice) and report using invoice situation (if any)

Xuất hóa đơn để ghi nhận doanh thu vào hệ thống. và thực hiện báo cáo thuế GTGT đầu ra (căn cứ vào hóa đơn) và báo cáo tình hình sử dụng hóa đơn (nếu có).
- Document implementation:
**Chứng từ thực hiện**:

- All of cash receipts of the system.

Toàn bộ Phiếu thu tiền mặt của hệ thống.
- Documents in book related to income account.

Chứng từ ghi sổ các khoản liên quan đến tài khoản doanh thu.
- Cash receipts: form receipt based on documents from relevant departments, transfer to cashier.

**Phiếu thu tiền mặt**: Lập phiếu căn cứ vào chứng từ được nộp từ các bộ phận liên quan, chuyển qua cho thủ quỹ thu tiền.
- Voucher book: record incomes that not receive money into relevant accounts (if any)

**Chứng từ ghi sổ**: ghi nhận các khoản doanh thu mà không thu tiền vào các tài khoản liên quan (nếu có).
- Report implementation:
**Báo Cáo thực hiện**:

- Report entire, detail for each revenue by day, week, month, quarter, year.

Báo cáo toàn bộ, chi tiết từng loại doanh thu theo Ngày, Tuần, tháng, quý, năm.
- Report income rate which are received by cash and transfer.

Báo cáo tỉ lệ doanh thu được thu bằng tiền mặt và chuyển khoản.
- Report other incomes.

Báo cáo các loại doanh thu khác, thu nhập khác.
- Report Output VAT and using invoice situation (if any)

Báo cáo thuế GTGT đầu ra và báo cáo tình hình sử dụng hóa đơn (nếu có)
- Perform other duties which are assigned by the Hotel Management from time to time.

Thực hiện các công việc khác do Ban Quản Lý Khách Sạn phân công.
