1. Carry out daily checks of revenue via an Operations Audit as per hotel standards.

2. Supervise the accuracy verification of Front Office, Food and Beverage and other revenue center activities.

3. Reconcile and monitor commissions, housekeeper and rate discrepancies, and Conference and Banqueting Revenue against daily function sheets

4. Check non-arrivals, late departures, no sales/voids, management bills, bill sequence and pay-outs

5. Check bills signed to Room Account and record all covers.

6. Record Reset Counter.

7. Spot-check Function Diary and the settlement of function bills

8. Reconcile telephone, Pay TV, newspaper revenue, guest laundry income, corrections and allowance

9. Ensure Advanced Deposits are current.

10. Review all entertainment checks.

11. Audit daily cash summary prepared by General Cashier.

12. Complete for posting to ledgers the Night Auditor’s report, daily food and beverage report and general cashier’s report.

13. Assist in the investigation/correction of errors/discrepancies discovered in audit process.

14. Assist in the end of month closing activities and reconciliation of clearing accounts.

15. Execute any other duties assigned by Management.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. At least 01 year experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel/ resort.

2. Bachelor’s degree and/ or diploma in Accounting field or other related discipline.

3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel.

4. Opera and Micros experience preferred.

5. Good communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with various departments.

6. Ability to work overtime and under pressure.
