The Senior Legal Executive is responsible for helping to ensure the legal integrity of the company in its daily operations. This involves providing counsel to the CEOs as well as carrying out legal procedures to be granted the legal licenses in accordance with the local regulations and also international requirements pertaining the feed ingredients manufacturing sector.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with broad, generalist responsibilities. You will work independently as well as part of various teams and take on projects in addition to the daily day job.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Advise the CEOs on Legal and Risk Management Issues during operation;
First review of the dossier submitted to the Board of Managements, CEOs;
First drafting/review contracts arising in the day-to-day operations of the Company; Verify of contract before sending to sign (English and Vietnamese);
First drafting the documents sent to the State agencies, customers, suppliers;
Update, review and disseminate newly issued legal documents that directly affect production, business and investment activities of the Company;
Prepare and/or review legal opinions, resolutions, contracts, other legal documents and projects for the company a timely and consistent manner;
Liaise and strengthen relationships with local contacts and suppliers (included but not limited to government bureaus at all level, legal, tax and other contacts);
Provide advice on legal risks and liabilities, with research to evaluate risk factors impacting business decisions and operations;
Communicate and negotiate with external parties such as partners, contractors, landlords, when needed;
Other duties as required by the Manager.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Bachelor or higher degree in Law
Experience working in a similar position for a minimum of 3 years, preferably in Feed / Aquaculture/ Agriculture industry.
Deeply understanding of the Vietnamese legal system in areas related to the Company's operations: trade, business, investment, advertising, taxation - accounting, labor.
Fluent in English.
Strong and fast Problem-solving skills, flexibility and assertiveness.
A strong can-do attitude with a strong drive for results
