Die & Mold Maternance Assistant Manager:
- Manage, plan for Die & Mold section to ensure that its operations are completed on time and as per the set goals
- Support to implement project to production line expanding/ modifying.ect Maintain & Improve mold, die to improve press/ molding machine operation capacity & productivity
- Lead and develop strong Die & Mold team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by senior
Production Engineering Assistant Manager (2 people)
1- Automation Machine field
2- Press/ Modling Machine field
- Manage, plan for Technical section to ensure operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals.
- Lead and implement project related to production line expanding/modifying and maintenance of machine, related equipment...etc.
- Lead and improve machine operation capacity, machine safety performance and productivity.
- Lead and develop strong Technical Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.
