Company Description

**Job Description**:

- Oversee effective payroll processing within a Global Shared Services environment, handling several countries, depending on the size of country.
- Manage timeliness and accuracy of data input to payroll in accordance with SLAs.
- Operate payroll with proper policy and governance, with full compliance with statutory requirements.
- Lead your country’s payroll, absence and time attendance implementation and integration projects with the global team.
- Partner and advice Country HR Team on the right handling of payroll processes and the implications with statutory requirements.
- Attend to payroll audit and be accountable for closing audit actions
- Provide global reporting request, both standard and non-standard reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Degree with 4-8 years in Payroll as Shared Services Environment.
- Passionate with both frontline and backend support and has good internalization on HR work processes and customer engagement
- A structured and process-oriented person that is resilience and adaptable to work in a fast-pace environment to build the new HR Operations framework
- Resourceful, independent and has the capability to rapidly learn new systems and processes and exhibit an openness to change
- Have experience to do payroll for multiple countries is an advantage
- Workday knowledge will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in use of English
