**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **About the job**:

- Design and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions that integrate seamlessly with external services and internal systems.
- Engage with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical specifications.
- Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow updates and ensure best practices are adhered to during all development phases.
- Perform regular system audits to maintain accurate records within the ServiceNow platform.
- Support the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members on the ServiceNow platform as needed.

**About you**:

- Academic Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
- **3-5 years** of dedicated experience in **ServiceNow** development, with a strong understanding of **ITSM** and **ITOM** modules.
- **Proficiency in English**, with stellar communication skills to effectively engage with international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs with ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ITAM modules is a significant plus.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and process enhancement.
