- To provide strategic HR partnering to enable ambition delivery of Business through effective implementation of country HR strategy, managing talent and succession agenda and in country ER strategy. Lead and coach business leaders to provide outstanding HR operational activities to Businesses.
- The HRBP will partner with the business to effectively execute the people plan, leveraging their local context and expertise by delivering HR services in line with the agreed service proposition and service delivery model, fully leveraging their partnership with supporting teams.
- The role will support all business units/SBUS/Hubs within a market or cluster, as a trusted partner to the business to drive impact in talent, leadership, culture and capability. The role is agile and flexible to support peaks in demand, project or initiatives.
- The role will support at director level of a business area or function and will align HR strategic and operational activities.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Provide HR Strategic partnering and leadership to drive business agenda and deliver against organization priorities. Maintain a strong understanding of each SBUs/ Clusters / Verticals strategy and overall company in the context of HR activity to improve business performance.
- Enable the organisation to have the best leaders at all levels, with the right capabilities
- Develop and manage people interventions that ensure business growth now & in the future.
- Build a high-performance culture.
- Drive best in class talent management and workforce planning
- Coach and develop leaders in complex business situation, HR processes and ways of working to hold them accountable for employee’s experience and to enable teams and individuals to be most effective in their roles.
- Develop pragmatic solutions to address complex business issues and by interpreting local legislation, policies etc and mitigating risk and utilising wider OneHR Resources to support delivery
- Support driving best in class talent management and succession planning in their business area to build a high quality, diverse talent pipeline that enables business growth now and in the future.
- Coach and challenge leaders to increase diversity through recruitment and talent management.
- Lead initiatives that enable the organisation to have the best leaders at all levels, with the right capabilities to motivate, focus, develop and care for the people and a culture of purpose and performance.
- Drive standardisation and expected delivery levels in key employee lifecycle processes like hiring, performance and development, relocations etc, as well as business changes such as mergers/acquisition integrations, reorganisations, etc.
- Drive best in class organisation effectiveness and data insights to increase competitiveness
- Be the external HR Face
- Diagnose and/or deliver change projects in line with the HR and business agenda.
- Have in place Harmonious ER & IR strategy driving Modern Employer agenda
- HR Governance & Risk Management - Understands clear operating principles, structure, accountabilities and applies to HR activity to ensure HR risks are mitigated, company reputation is protected and related financial, fiduciary, legal and policy duties are carried out.
- Custodian of company Reward strategy to ensure equitable and competitive reward management policy to drive performance and equity.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Bachelor’s degree/ full qualification in Business Management/ Human Resource Management from a recognized institute
- Master’s degree in business management/ Human Resource from a recognized institute
- Minimum 5-8 years of multi-disciplinary HR experience in small to medium size complex market.
- Previous experience in handling complex IR/ER situations.
- English: fluent oral & written communication.
