**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Support the team with strategic knowledge of Vietnam’s Influencer scene.
- Manage and establish genuine connections, nurture long-term relationships between Vero and Influencers, Communities of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication
- Develop sustainable internal processes to secure the agency’s relationships and to monitor regular engagement.
- Build the brand name and reputation of Vero in the industry, keep the name of Vero active across the media channels in Vietnam and in the region
- Support the team in pitching and supporting client activity in the realm of PR, social, digital & influencer engagement. This includes providing creative solutions to client’s challenges and embracing emerging marketing technology for the betterment of the agency and client business.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experienced in maintaining strong relationships with Influencers and being the centralized point of contact between Vero and Influencers
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their impact on influencer marketing.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers and internal stakeholders
- Proactive in finding opportunities upon relationship management through networking events, workshops, sponsorship, frequent catchup

**TRAVEL AND PLACE OF WORK**

**Work Location**:Your usual location for work will be the company's office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Your place of work may vary depending on the Company’s needs, including Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, or other locations as instructed from time to time. Additional expenses incurred by you as a result of the Company directing that you work from a location other than your usual location will be reimbursed by the Company.

**OTHER BENEFITS**
- **_Unlimited Leave_**: Your allocated holiday time at Vero will be unlimited. We trust our people to use good judgment when given guidelines for making decisions about taking a holiday and we know that our teams work better when they can rest and take a proper break from work. Our goal is that every team takes an average of 15 days (minimum) per person a year.
- **_Annual Bonus_**: An “enhanced 13th month” through which you will receive an annual extra sum of money equal to your salary in the preceding month plus a fraction of annual company benefits. The year-end bonus is determined by the Company and at its sole discretion. The Year-end Bonus is paid in the same paycheck of January.
- **_Flexible Office: _**All our employees can choose where they want to work on any given day, whether from the office, home, a coffee shop, or a yacht in the Pacific Ocean.
- **_International Travel_**: We encourage our teams to travel for events and client work as much as possible. On any given year (non-pandemic that is), manager-level team members have the opportunity to visit some of our other offices, attend industry events, and follow their clients if they handle regional projects.
- **_Health Insurance_**: The Company will provide a private medical insurance as a benefit. The actual package and structure of the insurance may be determined by the Company and at its sole discretion.
- **_Mental Health Budget_**: We understand the importance of access to proper mental health support; all our employees can access a minimum budget of $500 USD per year for therapy with internationally trained psychologists. The access to this budget and the content of your therapy are 100% confidential, only you and your therapist know what is being said during sessions, of course.
