MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Oversees the preparation and update of training materials
Ensures daily smooth restaurant operation and fully manages all aspects of the restaurant in the absence of the GM or GD.
Ensures that all team members deliver a high level of guest service at all times.
Works with the assistant manager and supervisors to train team members in guest service skills.
Handles all customer issues and queries in a polite and efficient manner, ensuring problems are resolved properly and within reasonable time frames.
Manages and approves the P&L report process together with the Accounting team.
Maximises team productivity using flexible rostering to keep staff costs at minimum while still balancing expectations of all guests.
Champions the creation, implementation and continual update of the Restaurant Marketing Plan, and working closely with the Directors.
Ensures restaurant standards have been implemented at an international level.
Monitors operations and schedules and manages team effectively and efficiently in both peak periods and low business periods.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality specializing in Food and Beverage or Restaurant Management is preferred
5 years prior experience is similar role/capacity at luxury hotels/resorts/restaurants
Working knowledge of POS systems (e.g. MICROS)
Management skill & Leadership skill.
