**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 12 - 18 triệu VNĐ)
- Sáng tạo nội dung: Lên ý tưởng và thực hiện các nội dung sáng tạo trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội như Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube và các kênh truyền thông của công ty.
- Phát triển chiến lược nội dung: Đề xuất kế hoạch và chiến lược nội dung ngắn hạn, trung hạn và dài hạn nhằm tăng cường nhận diện thương hiệu và tương tác với khách hàng.
- Sản xuất nội dung đa phương tiện: Chụp ảnh, quay và dựng video, thiết kế hình ảnh để truyền tải thông điệp của thương hiệu một cách hấp dẫn, thu hút.
- Cập nhật xu hướng: Theo dõi và phân tích các xu hướng mới trên mạng xã hội để áp dụng vào nội dung sáng tạo.
- Phối hợp với đội ngũ: Làm việc với các bộ phận khác như Marketing, Thiết kế và Phát triển sản phẩm để đảm bảo tính đồng nhất của thương hiệu trong mọi nội dung.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức lương: 12.000.000đ-18.000.000đ (Thỏa thuận theo năng lực ứng viên)
- Được hưởng đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT và BHTN theo luật lao động Việt Nam hiện hành.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Kinh nghiệm 1-2 năm ở vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực truyền thông, quảng cáo hoặc công nghệ.
- Khả năng viết lách sáng tạo, có tư duy hình ảnh tốt, biết cách trình bày nội dung phù hợp với từng nền tảng.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ thiết kế (Photoshop, Illustrator) và chỉnh sửa video (Premiere, CapCut hoặc các ứng dụng tương đương).
- Giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng làm việc nhóm và quản lý thời gian hiệu quả.
- Nắm bắt và hiểu rõ các thuật toán, xu hướng và định dạng nội dung trên các nền tảng truyền thông xã hội.
