**THE SITUATION**:
Pizza 4P’s is seeking a talented and creative person who will have the role of capturing visually compelling images and creating engaging videos to showcase the essence of the Pizza 4P‘s brand. The position requires expertise in both photography and videography, as well as a creative eye for capturing the humanity, sustainability and community theme of the brand. The Visual Content Creator will be responsible for creating content that aligns with the photography guidelines, including food photography, event documentation, partner photography, farms and suppliers documentation, and ingredient photography. They will work closely with the creative team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute innovative visual solutions across multiple platforms. The Visual Content Creator will play a crucial role in maintaining Pizza 4P‘s reputation for excellence and creativity through their photography and videography skills.

**THE DELIVERABLES**:

- **Food Photography and Videography**: Capture our dishes in a stylized manner through both photography and short videos. Use natural light, direct and undiffused shadows, and background surfaces from our restaurants to create visually appealing images. Additionally, create short videos that showcase the preparation process, ingredients, and final dish, adding a dynamic element to our visual content.
- **Event Photography and Videography**: Document our edutainment events through both photography and short videos. Capture the atmosphere, engagement, and value of these experiences, allowing our audience to immerse themselves in the event.
- **Farms and Suppliers Photography and Videography**: Visit and document our farms and suppliers using a natural, documentary-style approach. Capture candid, unposed moments and tell their stories through both photography and short videos, showcasing the authenticity and natural character of our partners.
- **Partner Photography and Videography**: Capture our restaurant partners in action using a natural and documentary-style approach. Highlight the genuine interactions, collaborations, and everyday situations through both photography and short videos, providing our audience with an inside look at our partnerships.
- **Ingredient Photography and Videography**: Document our agriculture and food-making process through both photography and short videos. Capture close-ups of ingredients, conveying texture and involving a human element, such as people‘s hands. Use short videos to showcase the step-by-step process of creating our dishes, adding a dynamic element to our content.

**WHO YOU ARE ?**
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both photography and short video production.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software. Knowledge of natural lighting techniques, composition principles, and video editing techniques.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and deliver visually compelling images and short videos that align with our brand‘s honest, inclusive and positive theme of "Make the world smile for peace".
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency in both photography and videography style, as well as adherence to brand guidelines.
- **Collaborative Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with the creative team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to execute photography and videography projects effectively.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to travel to different locations, including farms, suppliers, events, and restaurants, as required.
- **Passion for Pizza 4P‘s**: Knowledge and understanding of the Pizza 4P‘s brand, its values, and the importance of capturing the brand‘s essence through both photography and videography.
