(Mức lương: 18 - 27 triệu VNĐ)
- Manage and execute sponsorship agreements, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sponsorships are executed flawlessly.
- Work with sponsors to develop customized sponsorship packages that meet their specific needs and objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to sponsors on the status of their sponsorship agreements.
- Assist in the development of sponsorship sales and marketing materials.
- Attend events and meetings with sponsors as needed.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to sponsorship sales and marketing.
- Other tasks required by the Line Manager.

- 2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales and marketing.
- High responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure setting while juggling multiple tasks/relationships.
- Ability to win others over and create win-win outcomes.
- Ability to travel as needed.
