Deputy Sales Manager is responsible for delivering sales objectives, coaching and leading the team members. Deputy Sales Manager plays a key role in commercial and sales decisions and actions.

**Responsibilities**:
Salary package and incentives are very competitive
Other tasks as assigned by Hanoi Branch Manager
Plan the forecast and sales focus
Own, manage and communicate sales team strategy
Lead and develop team performance
Cooperate with both internal and external parties for the sales operations issues
Update the market information to do the sales analysis
Working time from Monday to Friday

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
At least 5 years of experience in sales department of a FOOD industry player with at least 2 years in similar role.
Food lover, customer oriented
Results
- oriented, Team player
Good command of both written and spoken English
Leadership and analytical skills
