MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**Primary responsibilities**:
Directs and assists in assigning work to cleaning personnel.
Trains new Housekeeping employees and monitors their performance.
Inspects guest rooms, service apartment, corridors, staircases, and public & service areas for clean and orderly condition.
Ensures that all windows are cleaned in rotation.
Ensures that all carpets and floors are cleaned on regular schedule or when necessary.
Coordinates all outlet cleaning and special projects.
Ensures that only qualified personnel use heavy cleaning equipment.
Works with POMEC Department on maintenance and repair needs.
Reports items that need repair to Housekeeping Service.
Submits requisitions for rooms supplies and furniture renovation or replacement.
Reviews guest complaints regarding Housekeeping service or equipment.
Assures that proper Housekeeping procedures are being followed
Performs final inspection of all made-up rooms and submits prompt and accurate room status reports to Housekeeping Service.
Ensures that all house linen is properly stored.
Manages the supply and distribution of all house linen.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
At least High Vocational diploma in any relevant discipline
Minimum of 2 years in Housekeeping experience
Knowledgeable in Housekeeping operation and cleaning methods
Ability to communicate basic English
Detail-oriented and posses pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
