Take this opportunity to GROW together and experience a culture that empowers you to express your ideas and share what you're passionate about - Process vendor invoice including PO based invoices, non-PO based invoices and non-invoice payment request. Review of all documents for appropriate documentation and approvals prior to entry especially when invoices were in VN languages.
- Process T&E or staff claims.
- To ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of invoice processing within the agreed KPI, in accordance to the established SOP/Policy and in compliance to the legal requirements.
- To interact closely with business owner to resolve incidences / discrepancies in prices, quantity and quality in a timely manner.
- To provide efficient and pro-active response to any query from external vendor with good quality relationship and professional manner. To manage request from internal party via CLIO and ensure all assigned tickets been resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain historical record in accordance with records retention policies and procedures. To assist Team Lead in providing required documentation (prior to payment execution).
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly vendor's statements and related transactions.
- Performs other related duties and participates in projects as assigned from time to time.
- Job task would be restructure if needed based on team performance, service level & development.
- Master data input in VN languages and validate information in VN languages.
- Tax information, validation and preparation before submitting to Tax Agent. About you - Diploma in Accounting.
- More than 1-3 years of experience in multi-national company.
- Experience in SAP accounting software in AP/GL.
- Ability to work independently.
- Understand and able to communicate in English both verbal & written.
- Basis analytical skill.
- Effective communication skills.
- Performance oriented.
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Excel and Words.
