- Manage and conduct CRM (Customer Relation Management) with the inputs from sales team, by collecting, analysing and consolidating market data, competitor information, computing the sales data, DGA, farmer databases etc. to effectively support business decisions.
- Ensure that CRM is implemented fully and efficiently throughout the organization in line with global and regional requirements by working closely with all departments.
- Work on related apps related to business digital transformation
- Be responsible for content creator in media channels. Create insightful agriculture content in time to offer accurate solution to farmers.
- Perform content optimization in order to improve the SEO ranking and social media exposure.
- Work with agencies on the media programs and monitor the effectiveness of digital / media programs.
- Co-ordinate with field team to shoot farmer/ channel partner film
- Propose creative ideas, new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital trends.
- Assist in newsletter writing, press release, data analysis and sales and marketing reports
- Other tasks are assigned by the Line Manager.

- University degree in agriculture
- At least 2-year experience in marketing projects in agriculture division
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices of social media
- Highly developed IT skills, esp. advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English in all skills
- Ability to work under pressure and timing.
- Effective management of external partners
- Mobile, creative and highly result-oriented.
