**Job description**:
Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing region in the world. She focuses on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most affective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

**Specifically, your responsibilities include**:

- Manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) - operate, maintain and followers growth as well as output and results for each.
- Be the driving force for Lixibox social media strategy and creativity
- Create successful social media channels plan, optimize performance over time against a clear set of goals. Define the short and long-term role of each social media channel to drive clear business results
- Able to execute marketing campaigns including online content strategy, social media campaigns, etc
- Measures and reports the performance of all social media marketing campaigns and assesses against goals
- Day-to-day tasks may also include briefing design & creation images, content creation including editing of posts, images, stories, short films, TikToks, etc.
- Copywriting for online and social media content such as social KSP posts, banners and campaign messaging.
- Collaborate and maintain a working relationship with different cross-functional teams (PR, Seeing, Magazine) to generate and prioritize new ideas for content improvements and optimizations
- Keep up with day-to-day trends and viral content

**Requirements**:

- Solid knowledge of beauty & skincare (including social media) and trend in the market
- Proven success in driving substantial results, ideally in the field of e-commerce, beauty or any related industry
- Problem-solving oriented, particularly in an ever-changing environment; comfortable to make decisions with insufficient information
- Display professionalism, adaptability, and resilience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A passionate team player who drives results, champions the consumer and safeguards the Lixibox brand
