We are seeking a dynamic, "engaging" person who has worked in social media, community, PR, events and has great communication skills to join our Marketing team as PR, Social & Community Specialist.

**What you will do**:

- Write awesome press and social content, news-driven content with a clear purpose that attracts and engages IT professionals, IT employers.
- Research IT topics and highly credible sources by using keywords on tools such as Google Scholar, Google Trends, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs and other social listening tools on IT community platforms.
- Monitor social and press media performance. Be able to handle the social and press media strategy, from planning to execution and learnings.
- Promote other MKT campaigns and adapt to content on ITviec’s social and press channels.
- Proactively plan, develop workflow and work with other MKT members to deliver the content on social and press channels.
- Create and manage community events/campaigns by working with other stakeholders, not just MKT members.
- Maintain a knowledge of social media platform content specifications, specifically but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Giphy, Tumblr.
- Learn and use new technologies and content trends.
- Direct report to Marketing Lead.
- 2 years experience as a similar role (above 26 yo)
- Love to write and engage on social media and events
- Experienced working with the press, journalists and editors
- Professional Vietnamese and English writing, with IELTS 6.5 or above
- Basic Photoshop, Canva or similar design software/platforms
- Have worked with keyword research tools such as Google Trends, Google Keyword Planner or Ahrefs
- Good understanding of how to plan and estimate conversion for a social campaign or event campaign
- Passion for online marketing, love the feeling when your campaign hits great Engagement on Social
- Some IT knowledge is helpful, but not required
