We are searching for a sharp and strategic Public Relations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support team lead to handle client accounts, overseeing all aspects of PR strategy, execution, and measurement. You will coordinate with team lead to plan, execute works and mentor junior staff, ensuring our agency delivers exceptional service and impactful campaigns for our diverse clientele.

**Job Description**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR plans for assigned client accounts according guidance and allocation from team lead- Manage client expectations, timelines, and budgets.- Develop content for press releases, media pitches, and other client deliverables, social media- Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators; influencers; media contacts across various industries.- Secure media placements for client news, announcements- Manage media inquiries and schedule interviews for client spokespeople.- Oversee social media strategy and content creation for assigned accounts.- Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness to clients.- Identify and research industry trends and their potential impact on clients.- Supervise and mentor junior PR staff, providing coaching and feedback.- Manage and delegate tasks to ensure efficient project execution within deadlines.- Stay up-to-date on the latest PR tools, tactics, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- +3 years of experience in a Public Relations agency or a corporate communications role.
- Proven success record in developing and executing successful PR campaigns across various industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling in both Vietnamese and English
- Strong media relations experience, with a demonstrable ability to secure placements.
- Experience with content creation, social media management, and media monitoring tools (a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- A passion for PR and a deep understanding of the current media landscape.
