**About Sparx**:

- Responsibilities
- Sparx* is in need of a Senior Purchasing Specialist who will be responsible for procurement process of company’s supplies (focus on IT software and facilities). This person will manage external vendors & purchasing terms, ensuring purchased products meet technical requirements & timely deliveries.
- Source vendors and get quotations based on requirements (specification of products / licenses / prices,...)
- Manage and Maintain vendor master data, qualification and services
- Negotiate procurement terms & conditions with vendors
- Proceed Purchase Order based on the experience of purchasing software.
- Follow up delivery process
- Excellent critical thinking skills to enhance purchasing workflow
- Perform other duties as requested from Operations Director
- Qualifications- Degree in Business Administration or related areas.
- Minimum 3-year experience in Purchasing.
- Purchasing experience in IT industry (softwares / infrastructure) is preferred.
- Knowledgeable about end to end Procurement to Pay process
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent negotiating skill & reporting skill.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skill.
- Attention to detail, timely follow-up, strong scheduling, and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience on Purchasing software is preferred
