Mô tả Công việc
A. Quản lý chất lượng
Thực hiện việc kiểm tra kịp thời nguyên liệu thô đầu vào, vật liệu đóng gói, hóa chất, vật liệu đang trong quá trình sản xuất và hàng bán thành phẩm, và thành phẩm đầu ra.
Kiểm tra các sản phẩm và vật liệu đầu vào, đang trong quá trình sản xuất và thành phẩm về các đặc điểm trực quan, cảm quan và kích thước, sử dụng các phiếu kiểm tra và kế hoạch lấy mẫu áp dụng cũng như các quy trình xác nhận để đảm bảo tuân thủ các thông số kỹ thuật và chất lượng sản phẩm.
Kiểm tra đóng gói hàng thành phẩm đảm bảo sự toàn vẹn.
Báo cáo kịp thời các trường hợp thành phẩm không đáp ứng các thông số kỹ thuật về chất lượng cho Trưởng bộ phận Đảm bảo chất lượng.
Xác định các sai lệch tiềm ẩn và báo cáo với Trưởng bộ phận Đảm bảo chất lượng./để thực hiện các hành động khắc phục/phòng ngừa.
B. Vi sinh
Thiết kế và triển khai các chiến lược để đánh giá và kiểm soát nhiễm bẫn.
Thực hiện thu thập, thử nghiệm vi sinh và giám sát dung dịch số lượng lớn và các sản phẩm hoàn thiện.
Thu thập và thử nghiệm nước tinh khiết để đảm bảo đáp ứng các thông số kỹ thuật về vi sinh.
Thực hiện thử nghiệm vi sinh thường quy trên bề mặt, môi trường và thiết bị.
Nuôi cấy, giám sát và xác định các vi sinh vật trong các môi trường nuôi cấy.

A. Quality management
Carry out timely inspection of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, chemicals, materials in process of production and semi-finished goods, and finished products.
Inspect incoming, in-process and finished products and materials for visual, sensory and dimensional characteristics, using applicable inspection sheets and sampling plans and validation procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and product quality.
Test package integrity of finished goods.
Report occurrences where a finished product does not meet quality specifications to the QA Manager in a timely manner.
Identify potential deviations and report to the QA Assistant Manager for initiation of corrective/preventive actions.
B. Microbiology
Design and implement strategies to assess and control contamination.
Perform collection, microbiological testing and monitoring of bulk solution, and finished products.
Collect and test purified water daily to ensure that microbiological specifications are met.
Perform routine microbiological testing on surfaces, environment and equipment.
Grow, monitor and identify microorganisms within cultures.
