**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- _As a QC Specialist, you will help to verify the quality of our system, make sure it is released with the highest confidence and high test coverage. You will also provide a high stability testing process and work directly with the development team to build systems that serve multi-million users worldwide_

**What will you do**
- Create and contribute to the testing process and workflow
- Work with Backend team and provide system services testing through API testing, performance testingto build high quality services
- Work with Frontend team to test back office dashboard and sites
- Testing SDK packages function for mobile game
- Build and improve regression test and integrate it into releasing process
- Identify and report issues with detailed description in JIRA, make recommendations and solution for the team
- Unify testing protocol/ process to use across all systems
- Create test cases and test plans for each features/products testing
- Keep track of all the issues related to testing, provide report and summary
- Provide regression testing for the whole system

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- At least 3 years of experience in manual testing knowledge
- Hands-on experience with API testing methodology and software/ solutions
- Hands-on experience with testing SDK on mobile devices
- Hands-on experience with Jira or other bug tracking tool
- Hands-on experience in implementing regression testing
- Experience with website testing on pc and mobile devices
- Understanding of testing methodologies and implementations
- Experience in testing services with multiple regions and countries
- Experience in testing cloud services
- Hands-on experience with database query
- Able to use Google BigQuery is a big plus
- Experience in software development process Agile/Scrum
- Time management, logical thinking
- High standards of work and willingness to meet and exceed expectations
- Perfection mindset, automation mindset
- Adaptability and willingness to improve processes and own development
- Proactively help and assist colleagues and maintain a ‘can do’ attitude when under pressure
- Clear and concise communicator both written and verbally
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Passion and enthusiasm for the role and the company
- Good English communication

- Experienced with automation testing
- Experienced with Firebase Testlab or AWS Device Farm or any related testing services
- Curious and fast learner
- Self-motivated, with a high level of self-discipline
- Love music/games
- Work in game industry, familiar with Game Engine and white box testing
