**POSITION PURPOSE**

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating stakeholders for significant MC-SR departmental strategic projects in 2023, including but not limited to Adobe Automation Marketing, the new CRM system - Salesforce, and the Programme Student Ambassador programme.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- **_Adobe and Salesforce Project Coordination:_**
- Assist the Director of MC-SR in significant departmental projects, such as the implementation of Adobe Automation Marketing and the new CRM system, Salesforce.
- Project Planning: Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules, as well as identifying project dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Budget Management: Assisting with budget planning and tracking project expenses, ensuring that the project is completed within budget.
- Communication and Reporting: Communicating project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, as well as preparing reports and presentations for management and project teams.
- Resource Management: Coordinating with various teams to allocate resources, including staff, equipment, and materials.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring project deliverables meet the established quality standards.
- Change Management: Managing project changes and ensuring that project scope, goals, and objectives are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all key objectives are achieved within the designated timeframe.
- including project sponsors, clients, vendors, and team members, to build positive relationships and manage expectations.
- Documentation and Records Management: Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related records.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and developing strategies to enhance project management practices.
- **Programme Student Ambassador Management**
- Program Planning: Developing and implementing a strategic plan for the Programme Student Ambassador team that aligns with the organization’s objectives.
- Recruitment: Creating and executing recruitment strategies to attract and select the most suitable Programme Student Ambassadors.
- Training and Development: Developing training programs to equip Programme Student Ambassadors with the knowledge and skills required to perform their roles effectively.
- Performance Management: Developing and implementing a performance management framework to track the performance of Programme Student Ambassadors and ensure they are meeting their targets.
- Relationship Management: Building relationships with key stakeholders, including Student Recruitment Representatives, Admissions Offices, and academic staff, to identify opportunities for the Programme Student Ambassador team to provide additional support.
- Communication: Ensuring effective communication between the Programme Student Ambassador team and other stakeholders, including regular updates on team performance and initiatives.
- Budget Management: Managing the budget for the Programme Student Ambassador team, ensuring that it is utilized effectively to achieve the desired outcomes.
