Top Level position in a Small sized plant. Responsible to manage the manufacturing engineering, logistics, SHE, TPM, Quality, project management and production operations. Education/Work Experience: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Sciences or Supply Chain management. Eight or more years experience in manufacturing and project management. Six or more years prior supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing environment in a related industry.

Independence

Level/Reports to:Typically supervises three to six exempt managers and/or supervisors and up to 30 indirect reports. Selects, trains, motivates, promotes, and disciplines staff based on company policy. Normally reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

❖ Key Job Accountability
- Be responsible as the site Project Coordinator of the new VN Plant.
- Be responsible for the plant and manufacturing chain management (e.g. production, quality etc.) for the company

❖ Main Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating Vendors, Engineering team, Project Management team in order to ensure all the construction / Installation of the civil and equipment in the plant are done in time and meet the given standard.
- Maintain a streamline communication with the key stakeholder in new VN Plant project.
- Lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities of plant to achieve the short and medium-term financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate business plan.
- Responsible for activities such as (but not limited to) maintenance, manufacturing, quality control, engineering, supply and logistics, distribution, TPM (total productive management), and administration.
- Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards
- Set, and monitor the performance of the plant against, standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and administration efficiency, cost control, sales revenue, legal compliance, and human resource management
- Allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the plant's production capabilities.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of functional and operational managers or other professionals (for example in human resources, finance, production, maintenance) to ensure that the plant meets it's established targets and standards.

❖ Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferably in chemical engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in project management and plant managementand supply chain

management with the chemical and/or international companies.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good communication in English (speaking, listening, writing and reading)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong skills in analytics, problem solving, organization, coordination, negotiation, project management and people management
- Strong focuses on safety, integrity, cost efficiency and quality control
- Experiences and knowledge in the plant process and project management e.g. TPM, Lean, 6 Sigma etc.
- Knowledge in local and international compliances related to the plant and supply chain matters
- Flexible and Dynamic

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Sciences or Supply Chain management
