**Contexte et environnement***:

- Most of spare parts which are not available and specified items in local market. It takes time to purchase for replacement.
- Most of maintenance activities which are performed on week-end day because filling works cannot be stopped during working days.
- LPG environment with highest awareness of safety.

- **Key Activities**:

- Support and supervise maintenance team and contractors to do maintenance or fix any trouble shooting of facilities, equipment etc. in the plant in safety and effective manner
- Ensure keeping spare parts of equipment/machine in good conditions and being used correctly and safety. Follow up and recommend buying the electrical, pneumatical, mechanical parts
- Support plant manager to ensure all operating licenses of measurement devices are in valid and up to date
- Establish the maintenance and operation procedures, checklist, maintenance record
- Follow up maintenance master plan to reduce machine downtime, improve performance of machines and advance preventative maintenance on electrical components and machines
- Involve with the team to investigate root cause of equipment breakdowm and initiate appropriate actions to be follow correcting causes
- Assure all maintenance activities comply with HSE regulation and policy
- Implement and update databases for CMMS, TIM program
- Monthly report maintenance activities, maintenance cost to plant manager
- Save and keep maintenance document in safety and ready to use
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Has at least 2 years experience in similar job/position.
- Have knowledge about PLC, Scada, MX, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical
- Hands on experience in power distribution, instrumentation and controls in factories such as control valves, conveyors.
- Packaging system, temperature and pressure related equipment, level monitoring equipment, analyzers etc.
- Computer skill in relating fields, MS office suite.
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently both English and Vietnamese.
- Analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking, honest and hardworking.
- HSEQ knowledge, understanding both international standard and national regulations.
