**Mô tả công việc**
- Phát triển ý tưởng nội dung: nghiên cứu và xây dựng các ý tưởng sáng tạo phù hợp với đối tượng khán giả mục tiêu trên TikTok, tập trung vào định dạng short video.
- Quay và chỉnh sửa video: phối hợp với bộ phận Design quay hình, biên tập và chỉnh sửa short video, đảm bảo chất lượng nội dung phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn của công ty và khách hàng.
- Quản lý kênh TikTok: lên lịch đăng bài, quản lý kênh TikTok, theo dõi và phản hồi các bình luận, tương tác với cộng đồng để tăng cường sự hiện diện và tương tác.
- Phân tích hiệu quả: phối hợp cùng với bộ phần Digital Marketing để theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả của các video và chiến dịch trên TikTok, đưa ra các đề xuất cải thiện dựa trên dữ liệu phân tích.
- Nắm bắt xu hướng: cập nhật các xu hướng mới trên TikTok, áp dụng vào kế hoạch nội dung.

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**
- Kinh nghiệm: tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc tạo nội dung video ngắn, đặc biệt là trên nền tảng TikTok.
- Kỹ năng quay phim và chỉnh sửa video: sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ chỉnh sửa video, không giới hạn nền tảng, miễn là có thể tạo ra sản phẩm chất lượng. (Ưu tiên biết sử dụng CapCut, Adobe Premiere hoặc các phần mềm tương tự).
- Sáng tạo: tư duy sáng tạo, khả năng đưa ra ý tưởng mới mẻ và độc đáo.
- Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian: khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực, quản lý nhiều dự án cùng lúc và đáp ứng kịp thời các deadline.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp: kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt để phối hợp hiệu quả với các team khác và xử lý phản hồi từ khách hàng.
