- **_You will work with different Departments (Tech, Global Processes, Asia Regional and Operations team) on various topics:_**
- Support process team on optimizing Operations System
- Act in a manner which make sure that all are in timeline
- Support Process managers in managing process map, SOP and other process related documents
- Provide innovative solutions smoothening operations processes and improving efficiency
- Process mapping, clarification and alignment with Operations team.
- Promote a paperless, digital office environment utilizing all modern communication methods and electronic tools provided by Forto
- Support a positive, attractive working atmosphere and office environment

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Third Year, Final Year or Fresh Graduated student.
- Knowledge of Import/ Export, Logistics, International Business, Economic, Transportations or systems is an advantage.
- Full-time internship for 6 months.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Able to coordinate process & systems implementation.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time.
