**Job Description**:
**1. Inbound and stock moving management & Create Inbound Delivery**

**2. Define delivery places to optimize resources - LE Back-up role**

**3. Support Internal Process**
- Reverse Logistics, Receive request warranty, repair from sales
- Fulfill needed shipping docs to return product.

**4. Tracking and following up with the replacements arriving on time**
- Timely notify mentor / supervisor extraordinary occur
- Submit supply chain document for sign and stamp as department’s inquiry

**5. Ad-hoc topic discussed during period**

**Qualifications**:

- 3rd, 4th year student major in Accounting, Supply chain, Logistics, or International Economics
- No working experiences required, although students with experience in Logistics and transportation is preferred
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Communicate effectively with a high attention to details and willingness to learn
