**Responsibilities**:
**A. Market Research and Analysis**:

- Research and analyze the market and target customers to identify trends and potential product development opportunities in the U.S. market.
- Analyze the feasibility of new product development proposals.

**B. New Product Development**:

- Set strategic goals and create new product development plans based on market research and data.
- Collaborate with Design, Content, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to ensure production and product launch timelines.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate products based on business report indicators, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Develop and continuously improve creative processes within the team to optimize products.

**C. Product Launch and Adjustment**:

- Develop strategies and detailed plans for launching new products.
- Regularly review and adjust product development strategies based on post-launch results.
- Ensure all documents and reports related to product development are accurately stored and managed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

**D. Team Management and Training**:

- Lead and develop the team to improve market research, analysis, and product development capabilities.
- Motivate and encourage creativity within the team, ensuring a positive and efficient working environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with U.S. market experience.
- Strong in market research and analysis.
- In-depth understanding of product development and branding.
- Good risk management and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in analytical tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good reading and writing skills in English.
- Systematic thinking, continuous innovation, and improvement mindset.
- Strong employee management and development skills.
- Proactive, persistent, and disciplined.
