**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 20 - 100 triệu VNĐ)
- Thực hiện đúng, đầy đủ quy trình làm phòng theo tiêu chuẩn của công ty, tùy thuộc vào từng loại phòng khác nhau: phòng trống bẩn, phòng trống sạch, phòng khách đang ở và các loại Phòng vip, Phòng khách, Phòng thuyền viên.
- Thực hiện thu nhận đồ giặt là của khách theo khung giờ quy định của khách sạn, kiểm tra đồ cần giặt - đảm bảo ghi đầy đủ các thông tin cần thiết vào phiếu giặt là, lưu ý các yêu cầu đặc biệt của khách.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý bộ phận buồng.
- Phối hợp với nhân viên lễ tân, nhân viên hành lý hỗ trợ khách chuyển phòng theo yêu cầu.
- Tham gia các cuộc họp định kỳ/ đột xuất của bộ phận, các khóa huấn luyện, nâng cao trình độ khi được công ty tạo điều kiện.

Nhiệm vụ chi tiết:

- Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of all cabins assigned to their area including passageways.
- Ensures all cabins assigned to their area are prepared in accordance with company setup each day and prior to embarkation of Sailors on Turnaround.
- Handles all Sailors personal laundry requests, taking it to and from the laundry and advises on necessary costs.
- Replenishes cabin such as Mini-Bar, drinking glasses, stationary, complimentary items, bathroom supplies etc.
- Responsible for ensuring sailors complaints and requests are acted on in a prompt and efficient manner and notifies Assistant Executive Housekeeper when necessary.
- Responsible for the handling and delivery of sailor luggage to cabins.
- Meets Sailors on embarkation day in assigned meeting area and assists them in locating and entering cabin.
- Strips and re-covers beds in cabin and handles all linen requirements for both fresh and used.
- Provides room service to Sailors and all related services.
- Reports damaged, defective or missing items to Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
- Daily interaction with sailors and provides outstanding customer service and delivery.
- Responsible for the safe handling of equipment in the housekeeping department such as vacuum cleaner, housekeeping cart etc.
- Must be knowledgeable and comply with Public Health rules and regulations as per company policy.

- Hãng hoàn 100% lệ phí các visa joining.

**Lợi ích khi làm việc trên du thuyền**:
+ Mỗi hợp đồng làm việc và du lịch 8 tháng, sau đó được hưởng 2 tháng Holiday để về Việt Nam nghỉ ngơi. Sau đó lại tiếp tục tái ký hợp đồng và đi tiếp. Chu trình 8 tháng, 2 tháng cứ thế mà được lặp đi lặp lại.
+ 15 ngày trả lương 1 lần ( trả lương bằng USD, có thể nhận tiền mặt hoặc chuyển vào tài khoản ngân hàng của riêng bạn, do các bạn lựa chọn).
+ Lãnh lương nhưng không phải đóng bất cứ loại thuế nào.
+ Được hưởng đầy đủ phúc lợi và các loại bảo hiểm.
+ Được cấp VISA Mỹ, VISA châu u để có thể làm việc trên Du Thuyền.
+ Miễn phí ăn ở ( ở cabin trên Tàu đầy đủ tiện nghi, máy lạnh, tủ lạnh, tivi, máy nước nóng. Ăn uống buffet 4 bữa mỗi ngày).
+ Và những tiện ích khác như quán Bar dành cho nhân viên, Phòng tập Gym, Hồ bơi, Quà tặng sinh nhật, tham gia những sự kiện vui chơi, du lịch check in, khám phá....)

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Từ 21 tuổi trở lên
- Tối thiểu 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong cùng lĩnh vực. Làm việc ở các resort, khách sạn 5* trở lên
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc vị trí tương đương trở lên ở khách sạn3*- 5*/ kinh nghiệm tàu là lợi thế.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp thành thạo, lưu loát ( không yêu cầu chứng chỉ tiếng anh).
- Sức khỏe tốt, chịu áp lực cao

+ Valid passport và seaman passport ( nếu có ) => Không có sẽ được hướng dẫn và bổ sung sau.
