**Key Responsibilities**:
**1/ Sales Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and create action plans to meet goals.

**2/ Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (focusing on manufacturing customers) and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

**3/ Market Research & Analysis**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

**4/ Sales Operations & Reporting**:

- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure timely reporting of results.
- Track key performance metrics and present regular sales reports to senior management.

**5/ Team Management & Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback.

**6/ Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other teams.
- Ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales of HR OUTSOURCING (Prefer having experience in PRODUCTION OUTSOURCING).
- English: intermediate level
- This position may require travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, connection and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven decision-making.

**Working location**:District 1, HCM

**Working time**:Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

**Salary package**:40M-60M Gross + Commission
