Act as a servant leader and facilitator for the agile team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.

- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

- Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of accountability and self-organization.

- Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Ensure that project goals, scope, and deliverables are clearly defined and aligned with client expectations.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with at least 3 years of experience.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.

- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Familiarity with digital banking systems, technologies, and trends is a plus.

- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
