**Job description**:
**1. Tham gia trực tiếp dự án với vai trò techlead bao gồm**:

- Thiết kế hệ thống, dựng base, review
- Đưa giải pháp và trực tiếp thực hiện các vấn đề kỹ thuật khó

**2. Tham gia vào quá trình bid dự án**
- Điều tra giải pháp cho các vấn đề về mặt kỹ thuật
- Đưa ra các tư vấn về mặt giải pháp kỹ thuật (bao gồm infra, thiết kế hệ thống )
- Thực hiện estimation dự án

**3. Tham gia vào xây dựng đội ngũ**
- Tham gia phỏng vấn đánh giá chuyên môn các ứng viên
- Tham gia đánh giá năng lực chuyên môn nhân viên định kỳ
- Đề xuất, thực hiện training đào tạo nâng cao các kỹ năng chuyên môn cần thiết cho member

**4. Xây dựng tiêu chuẩn nâng cao chất lượng kỹ thuật cho công ty**
- Xây dựng các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật cho công ty (coding convention, cicd, git flow.)
- Đề xuất triển khai ứng dụng các công nghệ để nâng cao hiệu suất chuyên môn cho bộ phận công ty

**Your skills and experience**:

- _Có trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm code về Back-end hoặc Front-end_
- _Đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở Role techlead_
- _Có kiến thức rộng về cả infra, back-end và front-end_
- _Sẵn sàng chủ động nhiệt tình tham gia vào công việc của bộ phận_
- _Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ và kinh nghiệm thực tế về infra AWS, Azure hoặc GC_
- _Sẵn sàng nghiên cứu phát triển công nghệ mới._
- _Tiếng anh tốt_

**c. Chế độ đào tạo và phát triển**
- Có budget đào tạo theo từng năm theo từng level
- Tham gia các buổi đào tạo chuyên môn, kỹ năng mềm, kỹ năng quản lý dự án, quản lý chất lượng. Đặc biệt, các kỹ năng này sẽ do trực tiếp manager và founder truyền dạy cho các bạn.
- Định hướng hàng tháng về tầm nhìn và kế hoạch của bản thân, đồng thời hỗ trợ phát triển thành full stack developer, project manager, BrSE,
- Có nhiều cơ hội trải nghiệm, làm việc với các khách hàng lớn.
- Đối với những bạn có Tiếng Nhật sẽ có cơ hội làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng Nhật Bản và cơ hội onsite tại Nhật.
