- Product Design Specialist who excels in articulating requirements and facilitating clarity on designs. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a knack for wireframing, story design, and refining requirements. If you are passionate about creating user
- centered design solutions and detailed product requirements, we want you on our team
- Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the product team to understand and define user needs and business requirements.
- Create and refine wireframes, user flow diagrams to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
- Develop comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team and ensure alignment with the business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product designs and requirements.
- Monitor UX trends, best practices, and new tools and technologies to continuously improve the product design process.
- Maintain clear and effective documentation, including design mockups, requirements specifications, and user guides.
- Work collaboratively in an agile environment, participating in scrum meetings and sprint planning to ensure design and requirements clarity throughout the development process.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, business analysis, or a related role in a product development environment.
- Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in creating detailed user stories and conducting usability testing.
- Desirable Skills:

- Certification in UX design or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or UX Certification).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
