- Facility: Debt Collection**Job Purpose**:
Management and comprehensive responsibility for Debt Collection of Techcombank AMC ensure:
1. Implement and complete the assigned plan in each period of time, support the completion of the general debt recovery plan of TCB AMC.
2. Professional Collection activities compliance with processes, regulations and professional guidance of TCB and TCB AMC and ensure maximum benefits for TCB.

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

- 1. Develop and implement action plans to ensure Collection deparment and fully assigned functions:

- Develop a debt recovery plan, the annual action program of the Department based on the company's master plan and the actual operation of the Department.
- Manage and reviewing the implementation of debt recovery plans, action programs, responsible for debt recovery results through collection forms.
- Build a budget according to the plan plan during the year, managing the operation of the room by the approved limit.
- Ensure the activities of the units comply with the policies, regulations and processes of law and banking.
- Build and implementing cultural work to organize strong basis oriented Corporate culture of the Company.

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:

- 2. Directly direct and participate in the implementation of collection activities to handle and recover debts:

- Directly working and controlling employees under the management of working with customers and related units to find the most feasible and efficient debt recovery plan.
- Control, evaluate and sign approval or through the contents of the Document of the implementation plan before submitting to competent authorities for approval.
- Conduct debt settlement

measures to approve through handover and / or collection according to the approval of competent authorities.
- Propose and coordinating with debt administration to build and adjust debt handling plans.
- Support associated units in the operation of the collateral collection in case of request or according to the approval of competent authorities.
- Update and reporting competent authorities on progress and results of implementing debt handling plans at the request of competent authorities;
- Establish and maintain the relationship between the company with units in the system and with functional agencies and other relevant organizations to serve effective debt collection.

3. Advise the authorization level:

- Consultants and related units to develop processes and regulations related to the operation of the Company's collateral collection

4. Other responsibilities:

- Perform other duties assigned by the CEO/ Senior Director, Collateral Management

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Qualification/Professional: Graduated from University or higher, prioritize legal law
Expertise:

- Understand the system of Vietnamese law.
- Understand debt handling và collateral collection professional

**Experience**:

- Specialization: 08 years of operation in the field of debt or police handling.
- Management: 04 years of management in the field of debt handling
