**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Overview:
As an Associate Product Manager reporting to the Product Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Determining product enhancements to improve functionality and user experience
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback data and recording product defects
- Writing product requirements and specification documents
- Working with the Product team to align feature development priorities with TotallyAwesome’s business goals
- Coordinating with the product development teams to deliver functional solutions
- Performing competitive research and analysis
- Performing quality assurance controls on products
- Creating support and training documents for internal and external users

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management or a related field
- Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager will be advantageous
- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback (knowledge of SQL is a plus)
- Good understanding of product lifecycles
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello
- Curiosity, attention to detail and good time management
