**PURPOSE OF JOB**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:
**Deliver Backend Services**:

- Develop and provide API for BAEMIN Services;
- Design and implement backend services;
- Collaborate with client developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experiences;
- Optimize servers for performance and stability, implement security structures, generating reusable code libraries and generate data storage solutions;
- Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of our system;
- Work closely with other junior engineers to support and supervise the service quality.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- From 4- 5 years of **backend software development experience;**:

- Experience in implementing a **Microservice Architecture;**:

- Experience in domain-oriented technology design and implementation;
- Experience in cloud services such as **AWS and GCP;**:

- Enjoy discussions about the stability and scalability of backend systems;
- Have positive personality and active in everything;
- Be able to motivate yourself and be thorough in self-management;
- Ability to collaborate with other teams to define problems and find solutions;
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in technical lead in** cross-functional organizations** centered on domains and missions, such as Squad and Cell;
- Experience in development with **Node.js and NoSQL;**:

- Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills;
- Experience with unit testing, integration test automation, and deployment automation;
