- Change Request Implementation: Engage in the identification, assessment, and implementation of change requests, contributing to the continuous enhancement of the system.
- Routine Maintenance: Execute regular monthly maintenance activities, encompassing preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc tasks, to maintain the systems stability and optimal performance.
- System Performance and Reliability: Assume a pivotal role in diagnosing and resolving system bugs, downtimes, user-related problems, and performance issues hindering users from utilizing the system as intended.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience exceeding 4 years as a Back-End Engineer or in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in key technologies, including: JavaScript, with a focus on NodeJS, HTML/CSS for designing and developing web interfaces.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective English communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in meeting SLAs and providing high-quality service to customers.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, showcasing strong teamwork and cooperation.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering reliable solutions.
- Holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Completed studies at a prestigious technical university, including institutions like Bach Khoa, UIT, University of Science,... is a plus
- Possesses robust skills in solving problems and approaches challenges with a proactive mindset is a plus
