**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 6 - 8 triệu VNĐ)
- Nghiên cứu thị trường và insight khách hàng ngành dược mỹ phẩm;
- Nắm bắt và sáng tạo các clip giới thiệu/review mỹ phẩm theo xu hướng thị trường và tạo nét riêng;
- Lên kế hoạch nội dung theo tuần/ tháng/ Quý phát triển kênh Tik tok;
- Lên ý tưởng, kịch bản, quay dựng và edit video, phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan đảm bảo chất lượng, số lượng trên kênh thương hiệu và bán hàng.
- Quản lý chất lượng nội dung kênh, sáng tạo và phát triển kênh theo định hướng công ty và phù hợp với điều khoản nền tảng, quy định quảng cáo.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác phát triển nội dung và thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng TiktokShop.
- Có thể livestream.
- Tham gia các hoạt động quay phim, chụp hình... sự kiện khi có yêu cầu.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý như nghiên cứu, tìm hiểu về các kiến thức liên quan đến công việc.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Lương cơ bản (6 triệu - 8 triệu) + KPI
- Xét thưởng và nâng lương theo năng lực hoặc định kỳ theo quy chế công ty.
- Môi trường làm việc năng động
- Được tham gia các chương trình đào tạo phát triển năng lực và kĩ năng chuyên môn.
- Tham gia BHXH theo quy định.
- Tham gia các hoạt động của công ty, du lịch, lễ, tết,...

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Content, Truyền thông, Marketing, TMĐT.
- Có trên 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Social Media, đặc biệt là TikTok và vận hành Tiktokshop - Vui lòng đính kèm Porfolio
- Có kinh nghiệm về dược mỹ phẩm/ hữu cơ là lợi thế
- Có kinh nghiệm Ads hoặc làm việc với các KOLs/influencers trên TikTok là lợi thế
- Có kỹ năng viết, biên tập và sản xuất nội dung video tốt; sử dụng thành thạo CapCut, Photoshop
- Tư duy sáng tạo, phân tích tâm lý hành vi của người dùng.
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm và độc lập
- Khả năng xử lý khối lượng công việc đáp ứng deadline.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động, nhanh nhẹn trong công việc.
- Có laptop cá nhân.
