- Develop and execute monthly Performance Marketing strategy for Brands assigned with Business unit Managers.
- To allocate & manage marketing budget provided to optimize campaign across select advertising platforms (SEO/SEM, social media, etc )
- Generate and publish contents (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages building community & brand loyalty.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
- Moderate all user-generate content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (E-commerce & Sales) to manage Company/Brand image, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Search, engage and collaborate with 3rd party vendors in social media projects including new technologies, platforms and video productions
- To provide monthly Digital Performance Marketing Report to Business Unit & Marketing Manager

Salary negotiable according to ability and experience. Probationary 100% salary

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Possess the ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Strong writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Digital marketing tools (Google, Google Analytics, Facebook, Tiktok, etc)
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs and CROs
- Ability manage marketing budget effectively & optimize ROI/ROAS.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Positive attitude, detail and customer orientated with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Good communication skills, both English & Vietnamese
- Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
