**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Performance Management**: Monitor and drive sales performance across retail stores, ensuring all locations meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Implement strategies to boost sales and enhance store performance.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Lead, train, and mentor store sales teams to achieve business goals. Provide ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.
- **Planogram Management**: Monitor and implement the planogram at stores to increase the customers’ experience and satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify trends to develop action plans. Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management for decision-making.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**: Work with the supply chain to ensure stores are stocked appropriately, maintaining optimal stock levels and product displays. Address inventory issues and ensure smooth stock replenishment.
- **Promotions and Campaign Execution**: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and in-store events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- **Sales Strategy and Market Development**: Continuously assess the market and competitor landscape to adapt sales strategies, expand market reach, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

**Job Requirements**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales management. Experience with fashion brands is highly preferred.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams, with the ability to lead by example and inspire a high level of performance.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Solid understanding of the fashion retail market, trends, and consumer behavior.
- **Data analysis**: Proficient in using retail management software, and data analysis.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and management.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
