Monitor and manage receipts and expenses at the store.
- Make payment requests and check the documents/invoices for basic accounting work (payment-related).
- Report monthly and quarterly financial situation upon request.
- Coordinate with the organization’s accounting department to advise on legal regimes, decrees, and circulars for the Project Manager.
- Check the contract documents with the purchase/sale invoice and VAT invoice upon request from the customer.
- Track, order, and manage drinks and stationery in the store.
- Follow up and reconcile with the service provider about the janitor’s work schedule.
- Drafting documents and contracts related to customers and partners.
- Understand the terms in the types of contracts to summarize and answer for customers and work with partners when needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Have 2 years of experience as Accountant in any industry.
- Have experience in a construction company is a big plus.
- Good knowledge of Accounting (Understanding reporting process).
- Able to work independently and in a team under pressure.
- English communication and Microsoft Office familiarity is required.
