Position Summary:
As the Business Manager for Southern Vietnam, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the Southern Vietnam area. You will work closely with our existing clients and distributors, identify new business opportunities, and lead a team of sales professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share gain goals.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Channel Management: Establish a robust distribution network in Southern Vietnam by empowering and managing distributors through a structured framework, ensuring optimal coverage and sales penetration, and fostering strong partnerships to drive business growth and expansion.
- Key Account Management: In addition to team revenue target, also hold the revenue target for key accounts; nurturing and expanding relationships with these strategic clients.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new market segments and distribution partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Product and market knowledge: Stay up to date about latest developments in sterilization and disinfectant products to effectively communicate value proposition vs market needs to clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and address opportunities and threats.
- Sales Funnel Management: Develop, maintain and optimize sales funnels, ensuring a consistent and efficient sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Forecast Accuracy: Utilize market data and historical sales trend to enhance forecast accuracy, enabling better inventory and resource management

Requirement:

- At least 8 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry (Sterilization and Disinfection preferred) within Viet Nam market.
- Proven experience in business leadership within the sterilization and disinfectant products industry of related field.
- Strong understanding of Viet Nam market and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effectiveness in managing and working within in a matrix-structure.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
