Seeking a hands-on, energetic, assertive, motivated, and experienced Manufacturing Test Systems Development Lead engineer to join an international test development team.

Tìm kiếm kỹ sư trưởng nhóm phát triển thử nghiệm sản xuất năng nổ, quyết đoán, năng động và có kinh nghiệm làm việc để tham gia cùng nhóm phát triển thử nghiệm toàn cầu.

Ứng viên được chọn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thực hành phát triển điện, lập trình, gỡ lỗi và tối ưu hóa để hỗ trợ phát triển trạm thử nghiệm Giới thiệu Sản phẩm Mới (NPI).

Ứng viên lý tưởng sẽ có nền tảng thử nghiệm sản xuất và tự động hóa rộng rãi, với sự hiểu biết thấu đáo về động hóa thử nghiệm cho môi trường sản xuất điện tử tiêu dùng khối lượng lớn. Quen thuộc với các phương pháp và lý thuyết đảm bảo chất lượng chung cho các trạm và phương pháp thử nghiệm sản xuất đủ điều kiện là một lợi thế.

This high visibility role will work closely across functional departments with product design engineering, production engineering, quality engineering and operations during product development, NPI and mass production stages.

1. Serve as the Vietnam technical lead and point of contact for an international team of test systems development engineers.

Đóng vai trò là trưởng nhóm kỹ thuật tại Việt Nam và là đầu mối liên hệ của nhóm kỹ sư phát triển hệ thống thử nghiệm quốc tế.

2. Hands-on engineer to work closely with other TSD engineers, and lead, mentor, and motivate junior engineers to meet production test objectives.

Kỹ sư thực hành để hợp tác chặt chẽ với các kỹ sư TSD khác, đồng thời lãnh đạo, cố vấn và thúc đẩy các kỹ sư cấp dưới đáp ứng các mục tiêu thử nghiệm sản xuất.

3. Research new test methods and look for opportunities to improve production test efficiency.

Nghiên cứu các phương pháp thử nghiệm mới và tìm kiếm cơ hội để nâng cao hiệu quả thử nghiệm sản xuất.

4. Coordinate and work closely as part of the TSD team to achieve production test objectives.

Phối hợp và làm việc chặt chẽ với tư cách là một phần của nhóm TSD để đạt được các mục tiêu kiểm tra sản xuất.

5. RF Test Tool Development including BT, BLE, WIFI, ZigBee, and RF4CE.

6. Drive standardization of test methodology of specific features.

9. Drive Yield Improvement, Cycle Time Reduction and Cost & Quality enhancements.

10. Support the transition of test stations from NPI to MP.

11. Create and provide the necessary documentation for a successful handoff to the factory.
