This role is crucial in ensuring that all contractual agreements are properly documented, tracked, and compliant with company policies and regulations.- Prepare, review, and manage contracts and agreements with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure that all contract documents are accurately completed, signed, and filed in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update contract records, including tracking key milestones, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and support for contract execution and management.
- Monitor and review contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and identify any issues or discrepancies.
- Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices.
- Prepare reports and summaries on contract status and performance for management review.
- Resolve contract-related issues and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract administration, management, or a similar role.
- Understanding of contract law, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with e-commerce, retailed business, logistics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
