- Trade Marketing Area Executive- MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC1. Thực hiện kế hoạch và chiến lược tiếp thị thương mại tại khu vực được phân công của kênh thương mại chung/ _Execute trade marketing plan and strategy at assigned area of general trade channel_
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ bán hàng, nhà phân phối phụ và các cửa hàng chính để thực hiện các chương trình và cải thiện hiệu suất bán hàng / _Work closely with sales team, sub-distributors and key outlets to execute programs and to improve sales performance _
- Hỗ trợ Phó phòng theo dõi và đánh giá các chương trình và hoạt động thương mại để đo lường tính hiệu quả /_Support assistant manager to monitor and to evaluate trade programs and activities to measure effectiveness _
- Khu vực phân công: TP.HCM. Khu vực được giao sẽ được đánh giá định kỳ /_Assigned area: Ho Chi Minh City. Assigned area will periodically be evaluated._

2. Hỗ trợ phân tích thị trường bao gồm thực hiện khuyến mãi, quy trình bán hàng, khả năng hiển thị của sản phẩm và các hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh / _Support for market analysis including promotion execution, sales process, stock analysis, product availability-visibility and competitor’s activities_
- Đi thị trường để thu thập thông tin và dữ liệu về việc thực hiện khuyến mãi, quy trình bán hàng, sản phẩm AVIS và đánh giá của đối thủ cạnh tranh / _Go to market to collect information and data about promotion execution, sales process, product AVIS and competitor’s review _
- Chủ động giả quyết vấn đề phát sinh trên thị trường / _Actively solve problem in the market_
- YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆCTrình độ học vấn, chuyên môn/ _Education background_:_
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, Cao đẳng / _Minimum diploma / bachelor’s degree, any discipline_

Kinh nghiệm/ _Working Experience_:

- Ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trade MKT, sales hoặc trong ngành FMCG **/ **_At leats 1-2 years in the trade marketing, sales promotion or field marketing in FMCG industry_

Năng lực/ _Competency:_**_ _**
- Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh/ _Able to communicate in English _
- Sẵn sàng di chuyển (Khảo sát thị trường, công tác)/ _Willing to mobile (market visit, business trip)_
- Sẵn sàng luân chuyển để quản lý khu vực khác / _Willing to rotate to manage other area_

Có kỹ năng sử dụng MS Office/
