**DESCRIPTION**
- _Adjust and develop technical specification tables based on R&D data_
- _Advise and consult with the QC Manager/ Production Manager/ Director in building a quality control strategy for each stage according to the company's strategy_
- _Control the entire operation, inspect raw materials, intermediate and finished products daily_
- _Ensure that the scrap rate related to quality does not exceed the prescribed limit_
- _Analyze the causes of errors under the responsibility of the QC Manager and propose solutions_
- _Build the annual budget plan_
- _Manage, train, and evaluate the capacity of QC staff according to the assignment of the QC Manager_
- _Perform other tasks as required by superiors_

**REQUIREMENT**
- _Graduated from university or higher education in majors such as Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Chemistry, Production Management, Quality Management_
- _Skills: Planning and controlling skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, guiding, training, motivating, and developing teams_
- _Good at English_
- _Good communication skills, honesty, confidence, and carefulness_
